Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to join?
No cost to join any of our three programs. There’s no large upfront investment — Referral is free, and there are no fees to join Digital Sales or Brick & Mortar either.
Which program should I choose?
Three models: Referral (zero risk, zero chargebacks), Digital Sales (you sell, you process), and Brick & Mortar (retail, our top tier). Pay details are shared with approved dealers — your rep walks you through the full structure. “Not sure yet” is a fine answer — we’ll help you pick on the call.
Do I need a storefront?
Only the Brick & Mortar program requires a retail location. Digital Sales and Referral work from anywhere.
What about chargebacks?
Referral sales have no chargeback window. Digital and Brick & Mortar carry the standard carrier window of 90–180 days depending on the carrier — we tell you up front and train around packages that stick.
How soon can I start selling?
The Referral track goes live within 2–5 business days of approval. Digital Sales onboarding typically runs 1–8 weeks and Brick & Mortar 2–8 weeks — both carrier-dependent — after training.
